Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS20 Sonic Blue Electric Guitar
Vintage-Inspired Style, Powerful Humbuckers, and Modern Versatility
Bring your musical ideas to life with the Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS20 Sonic Blue Electric Guitar. Inspired by the bold styling of café racer motorcycles, the Revstar combines distinctive design, innovative Yamaha engineering, and expressive tone-shaping features in an instrument built for today's guitarist.
The refreshing Sonic Blue finish gives this guitar a standout look, while its maple top and chambered mahogany body deliver a resonant, comfortable instrument designed for extended playing sessions. A three-piece mahogany neck reinforced with carbon provides added stability, and the rosewood fingerboard with jumbo stainless-steel frets offers a smooth, responsive playing experience.
Two custom-designed Yamaha VH5 humbucking pickups with Alnico V magnets deliver a versatile range of tones, from warm, articulate clean sounds to thick, powerful overdriven textures. The five-position pickup selector offers more tonal options than a conventional three-way humbucker setup, including distinctive in-between sounds.
The push-pull Focus Switch adds another dimension to your sound. Activated through the master tone control, this passive boost emphasizes the mids and lows while darkening the highs for a fuller, more aggressive character.
With its Tune-O-Matic bridge, stopbar tailpiece, dependable hardware, and included deluxe gig bag, the Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS20 is ready for the stage, studio, or home playing.
