Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS02T HML Electric Guitar – Hot Merlot
Bold Style, Expressive Tone, and Modern Performance
Discover your own sound with the Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS02T HML Electric Guitar in Hot Merlot. Inspired by the spirit of café racer motorcycles and Yamaha's Japanese craftsmanship, the Revstar Standard combines distinctive styling, innovative design, and versatile tones in an instrument built for creative musicians.
The rich Hot Merlot finish gives this guitar a striking appearance, while its chambered mahogany body and maple top provide an appealing balance of resonance, sustain, and playing comfort. A three-piece mahogany neck reinforced with carbon provides added stability, and the rosewood fingerboard with stainless-steel jumbo frets offers a smooth, responsive playing experience.
At the heart of the RSS02T are two custom-designed Yamaha VP5 P90-style single-coil pickups with Alnico V magnets. These pickups deliver a lively, articulate voice with plenty of character, making the guitar well suited to rock, blues, alternative, indie, and many other musical styles.
A five-position pickup selector provides a variety of tonal combinations, while Yamaha's push-pull Focus Switch adds a distinctive tonal boost. Pull the tone control to emphasize the mids and lows and create a more powerful, aggressive character when you want extra presence.
With its distinctive racing tailpiece, premium construction, and included gig bag, the Yamaha Revstar Standard RSS02T is an excellent choice for guitarists looking for individuality, versatility, and dependable performance.
