Ibanez TOD10NTKF Tim Henson Signature – A Nylon String Like No Other
First seen in Polyphia’s “Playing God” music video, the Ibanez TOD10NTKF Tim Henson Signature is a bold, modern take on the crossover nylon-string guitar. Designed for next-level playability and rich, expressive tone, this acoustic-electric blends tradition with cutting-edge innovation.
At first glance, its sleek, futuristic design might suggest a solidbody build, but this guitar stays true to classical roots where it counts. A solid spruce top with fan bracing delivers a dynamic, touch-sensitive response, allowing every note to bloom with incredible resonance. The ultra-thin sapele body—just 50mm deep—offers unmatched comfort, with deep cutaways that give unrestricted access to the highest frets. Whether you're fingerpicking delicate melodies or pushing technical boundaries, the TOD10N is built to keep up.
Designed for Effortless Playability
Tim Henson’s genre-defying style demands a guitar that plays as fast and fluid as his music. The slim “C” neck profile is a far cry from the bulky feel of a traditional nylon-string, making complex runs and chord transitions effortless. A slightly narrower 1.8-inch nut width strikes the perfect balance—wide enough for fingerstyle precision, yet familiar to electric and steel-string players. And unlike a standard classical guitar, the walnut fretboard features a 15.7-inch radius, ensuring a smooth, intuitive feel.
Premium Electronics for Stage and Studio
Equipped with Ibanez and Fishman electronics, the TOD10NTKF delivers beautifully articulate, natural tones when plugged in—perfect for live performances and recording. A discreet sound port on the upper bout adds an immersive playing experience, allowing you to hear the full depth of your tone as you play.
With its sleek aesthetics, effortless playability, and boundary-pushing design, the Ibanez TOD10NTKF Tim Henson Signature is redefining what a nylon-string guitar can be. Whether you're a crossover player or a nylon-string purist looking for something fresh, this guitar is ready to inspire.
