The Guild D-20 dreadnought acoustic guitar is handmade in the USA
– Oxnard, California. It is built with a solid mahogany top, back, and sides.
First introduced to the Guild line in 1968, this model features a
rosewood bridge and fingerboard, bone nut and saddle, and an extremely light
satin finish that allows this guitar to truly sing. Build in the classic Guild
style from the 1960’s, this guitar is very comfortable to play. The solid
Mahogany top, back, and sides give the guitar a wonderful fat bass sound, warm
and rich midrange and properly balanced trebles. This guitar has a warm full
voice that is so desired by blue grass, country, and flatpickers. Great for
accompaniment or for soloing.
The D-20’s modest appointments include a vintage style rosette and
Guild’s peak logo inlaid in mother-of-pearl on the headstock. Each D-20 comes
with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity, and ships with a
hardshell case. Available in Natural and Vintage Sunburst.
